Terms of service

These terms apply to all purchases from Vault Luxury Studio ("Vault", "we", "us") through vaultluxury.co.za. By placing an order, you agree to them

1. Who we are

Vault Luxury Studio is based at 155 West Street, Sandown, Johannesburg. You can reach us through the contact form on our website

2. Our products

All products sold on Vault are new. We describe each item, its sizing and colour as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, and measurements may vary by 1–3 cm

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. It's accepted once payment is received and you get an order confirmation email. Because we source each order from our suppliers after it's placed, if an item is unavailable we'll notify you and refund you in full

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR). Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we don't store your card details

5. Delivery

Delivery timelines and terms are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds and faulty goods are covered by our Refund & Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act

7. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website at the time of your order applies to that order

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa
