Where we deliver

We deliver within South Africa only.

How long it takes

Every Vault piece is sourced from our suppliers once your order is placed.

• Processing: 1–3 business days to source, quality-check and prepare your order for dispatch.
• Delivery: 5–8 business days after dispatch.
• Total: an estimated 7–10 business days from order confirmation.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

You'll receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delays

Occasionally, courier delays, customs clearance or public holidays may extend delivery times. If your order is going to be later than estimated, we'll let you know. If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of confirmation, message us through our contact form and we'll investigate.

Delivery address

Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct. We aren't responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details.

Duties and customs

Any import duties or customs fees on your order are covered by us. You won't pay anything extra on delivery.
