Our Commitment to Accuracy

Before you purchase, we provide extensive condition notes, multiple photographs, precise measurements, and the opportunity to ask any question via WhatsApp. We hold a high bar for what "excellent" and "very good" condition mean, and we will never overstate the condition of a piece.

Returns Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item received materially differs from the description and photographs provided during the enquiry process. Contact us via WhatsApp with your order reference and a description of the discrepancy within this window.

Accepted for return:

• The item received differs materially from the item described
• An undisclosed condition fault is present
• The item is not authentic

Not accepted for return:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Condition characteristics that were disclosed in the listing or enquiry conversation
• Items worn, altered, or damaged after receipt
• Size or fit issues where accurate measurements were provided and confirmed as satisfactory

Return Process

Approved returns must be shipped back in their original packaging using a tracked and insured service within 3 business days of return approval. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt and inspection.

Authenticity Guarantee

Every item sold by Vault Luxury Studio is authenticated prior to listing. In the event — however improbable — that a piece is found to be inauthentic after purchase and verified by an independent third-party authenticator, we will issue a full refund with no time limit.
