How to Order
We operate through personal enquiry. No cart. No checkout. Just a direct conversation about the piece you have in mind.
Step 1 — Find Your Piece
Browse our collections and find the piece that speaks to you. Each listing includes photographs, condition notes, dimensions, and available provenance detail.
Step 2 — Enquire via WhatsApp
Tap the Enquire on WhatsApp button on the product page. Your message will be pre-populated with the item name. You are also welcome to reach us directly at any time. In your message, feel free to ask for additional photographs, close-up details of hardware or stitching, precise measurements, condition clarification, or provenance documentation.
Step 3 — Receive Your Quote
We will respond within a few hours during business hours with a full condition report, any additional images requested, and a confirmed price. Shipping costs are confirmed at this stage based on your location.
Step 4 — Secure Your Piece
Once you are satisfied, we will issue a secure payment link. We accept major credit and debit cards, bank transfer, and selected digital wallets. Items are held for 24 hours once a payment link has been issued.
Step 5 — Dispatch and Delivery
Your piece is carefully packed — photographs taken pre-shipment for your records — and dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment clearance. Full tracking details are shared via WhatsApp.
